Our students have outdone themselves this year with their Disguise a Turkey projects. From superheroes to princesses, athletes to astronauts, these clever disguises made sure no turkey was caught before Thanksgiving! 👏 We are so proud of their creativity, imagination, and hard work. Thank you to our families for supporting this fun tradition, it’s always a highlight of the season!






This morning Charlie was our guest an announcer and did a superb job. He reminded us that this Thanksgiving we need to be thankful for the good in our life, the good we can share, and the good that is yet to come. These are perfect words the week before Thanksgiving break.

Yesterday, Ms. Massie’s kindergarten class celebrated a heartwarming Friendsgiving — full of laughter, kind words, and tiny helping hands. Students shared stories, practiced gratitude, and enjoyed a cozy classroom feast made by families and teachers.










Josie was our amazing guest announcer this morning. 🌟She highlighted how we need to fight off a "gimme" attitude that makes us spend far too much time thinking about what we wish we had & not enough time being thankful for what we do have. Let's have a gratitude attitude today!

Parent‑Teacher Conferences are always a big night, and thanks to Buddy’s Bar-B-Q of Lenoir City, our staff was fueled with a delicious dinner to keep the energy high! We’re so grateful for their generosity and support of our school community. 🍴❤️



Kindergarten learned all about honeybees and pollination from Mrs. Wilson's dad, who is a local beekeeper. They even got to taste some honey from his hives!





4th grade did an artist study on a street artist from California named ThankYouX. He uses cubes & patterns to tell stories. They worked very hard on their artwork and are excited to decorate the fourth-grade hallway!

Kaayva was our guest announcer this morning. She spoke eloquently about gratitude and how knowledge is like a priceless jewel. She challenged us to take a moment to be grateful for all the knowledge we have gained at school and remember it's making us a richer person.

Mrs. Hursts Class dissected flowers today to kickoff their Life Cycles Science Unit. They learned all about the parts and functions. What else can we dissect??? 🪴
