It's going to be a busy week in Warrior Country. This week our friends at LHS take part in the Battle of the Bridge Football Game and Food Drive. At PES, we always want to do our part to help the Redskins win on the field and in raising the most to help our community. Next week, we will be taking donations for the Good Samaritan Center in the form of cash, check or food donations. Due to the fact that the GSC can spend the money on items they need and can buy in bigger quantity, we would love to collect monetary donations, however, every little bit helps. If you feel compelled to donate, please bring cash, checks (made to the Good Samaritan Center), or food donations to your homeroom teachers. We will accept donations through Friday Morning. Speaking of Friday Morning, don't forget to wear your Red and White to support our Redskins!
Also this week, Chick Fil A will be changing things up a touch and will be donating proceeds from 4 days instead of its 2. So, please stop by Chick Fil A and tell them you are there for Loudon and help us win the Battle of the Chicken Nuggets!

It's that time again!!! It's Battle of the Bridge time! Last year, PES played an important part in helping LHS win the food drive. We want to continue that help! Starting tomorrow, through Friday morning, PES will be taking donations of food/canned goods as well as monetary donations. If you write a check, please make those out to the Good Samaritan Center! The class with the biggest donation will win a class pizza party! Let's do our part Warriors! Go Big Red!
It was great to see Sheriff Davis and the Loudon County Sheriffs Office today! They came to celebrate our World Series Champions with the Annual 5 Star Award! Congratulations to Baylor Oody, Elijah Albright and Levi Albright! Well done! #BeBetter #LeadtheWay

Don't forget Open House tonight Warrior Families! Open house will start at 3:30 and end at 6. Come by and meet your student's teachers, drop off supplies, tour the building, etc. Also, we will host our annual Title 1 meeting and third-grade retention meetings twice. We will hold these at 4:30 and 5:00. We will make announcements to remind you about this meeting if you wish to attend. Otherwise, have a great evening with us in Warrior Country.

Loudon County Schools will close Aug. 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM due to incoming severe storms. Buses will run.
The Warriors want to say a big thank you to the Loudon County Sheriffs Office. Sheriff Davis and Captain Langley came by today to check on our campus. Thanks also to Deputy Goad for going above and beyond to keep us all safe!
This morning, PES conducted a safety drill to test our emergency preparedness. We are glad to say that our students and teachers were amazing and the drill went great. Thank you for your patience and trust in keeping your students safe. Go Warriors!

Good Afternoon Warrior Nation! We wanted to send out a quick welcome email to our newest Warrior. Mr. Spencer Cornett will be joining us as our new 6th Grade Science and Social Studies teacher. Spencer is a hard worker that is known for his relationship-building skills, his experience in Science and Social Studies, and for making his students better each day. We saw over 400 of our students and or families! We registered over 50 new Warriors and got to spend some time with our favorite folks!
